Solutions Consultant (ERP)

Solutions Consultant (ERP): Supporting the hirify.global Sales team by serving as a functional and technical subject matter expert on hirify.global solutions, demonstrating products, and advising clients. Focus on presenting value propositions, creating sales tools, and participating in marketing events.

What you will do

• Demonstrate hirify.global products at a detailed level with a consultative approach.
• Present value propositions to clients and prospects utilizing product, industry, and competition knowledge.
• Support the sales team by participating in sales calls and meetings with prospects.
• Assist in creating sales tools, demonstration scripts, and conduct product training for the Sales team.
• Complete RFPs and RFIs and provide market/customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Participate in marketing events and continuously expand product knowledge and demonstration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of software sales or pre-sales experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or point solution provider.
• Experience in the Real estate industry, ideally with Residential/Commercial/SaaS/Software/ERP.
• Proven excellent presentation, demonstration, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with C-suite prospects and clients.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
