What you will do

• Deliver detailed product demonstrations using a consultative approach to advise prospects on solution utilization.
• Create and present value propositions by leveraging knowledge of hirify.global products, the industry, and competitors.
• Maintain and update the demo environment, ensuring all data and sales applications are current.
• Collaborate with the sales team on cycle strategies and participate in high-level sales calls and meetings.
• Develop sales tools and demonstration scripts while providing ongoing product training to the sales team.
• Assist in completing RFPs and RFIs and provide market feedback to product management and development teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software sales or presales experience, preferably with Cloud ERP providers.
• Experience within the real estate industry, specifically the residential sector (Build to Rent or Student housing).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Proven ability to interface with C-suite prospects and understand technical products.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.
