What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to current customers to present revenue-generating business solutions.
- Support restaurant partners via email and phone regarding positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Drive sales, upselling, and customer retention within the assigned portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide necessary training and support to ensure clients effectively utilize platform tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative or account manager.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English proficiency.
- Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
- Ability to manage large portfolios (400-800 accounts) and handle high call volumes (45-50 daily).
Nice to have
- Previous experience working within the restaurant industry.
- Experience in e-commerce.
