Salary: CAD 70,000 - 90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Prepare and record month-end accounting entries, including accruals, inventory, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage assigned balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities across multiple business units.
• Maintain key controls and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Finance teams to provide accurate and timely accounting support.
• Utilize ERP systems and digital tools like Excel and Microsoft Copilot to optimize efficiency and reporting.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and process improvement.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mississauga, Canada for a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• CPA designation or CPA in progress.
• Experience with OneStream, NetSuite, Costpoint, or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of contract-based accounting and basic IFRS principles.
