What you will do

• Oversee the full order-to-cash (O2C) processes and optimize ASC606-compliant revenue recognition workflows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs regarding billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion efficiency.
• Build and maintain financial systems supporting SaaS models, including subscriptions, renewals, and usage-based pricing.
• Lead system integrations and automation between Salesforce, billing platforms, and NetSuite to ensure data integrity.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting operations team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and RevOps to optimize contracting and invoicing efficiency.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in revenue and accounting operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• CPA or equivalent financial management qualification.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models (ARR/MRR) and the ASC 606 revenue standard.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems such as NetSuite Suitebilling.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central Timezone.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.

• Experience in venture-backed or PE-backed growth environments.
• Prior involvement in system implementations or IPO readiness projects.
