Location: Hybrid; must live within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs
Salary: £75,000 – £110,000

What you will do
- Acquire and nurture new livestream sellers to expand 's supply.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Provide strategic coaching to help SMB sellers scale their businesses on the platform.
- Analyze seller growth and success metrics to drive continuous iteration of sales tactics.
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop business growth strategies and communicate product feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
- Fluent German and English speaker with deep understanding of the DACH market.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to derive business insights from data.
- Must be based within commuting distance of the London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs.

- Experience working at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Airtable.
- Passion for creator communities and live ecommerce.
- Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
