Location: Hybrid; must live within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs

Salary: £75,000 – £110,000

hirify.global is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, enabling users to buy, sell, and discover items across hundreds of categories.

What you will do

  • Acquire and nurture new livestream sellers to expand hirify.global's supply.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Provide strategic coaching to help SMB sellers scale their businesses on the platform.
  • Analyze seller growth and success metrics to drive continuous iteration of sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop business growth strategies and communicate product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
  • Fluent German and English speaker with deep understanding of the DACH market.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to derive business insights from data.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of the London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Airtable.
  • Passion for creator communities and live ecommerce.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
