What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team in Medellín.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across assigned portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, primarily US-based clients.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs such as ARR growth, retention, and churn.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Analyze account performance to identify growth trends and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2) required to support US-based customers.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team with measurable results.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention for mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills.
