What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team in Medellín.
- Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across assigned portfolios.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, primarily US-based clients.
- Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs such as ARR growth, retention, and churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyze account performance to identify growth trends and provide insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2) required to support US-based customers.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team with measurable results.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention for mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills.
