What you will do

  • Run the full sales cycle for transactional deals under a defined threshold.
  • Partner with Field Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and support strategic account plans.
  • Manage and execute renewals across signed accounts within your territory.
  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively to drive conversion.
  • Coordinate attendance and follow-up for marketing and field events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide precise forecasting for the territory team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales experience, including closing responsibilities (AE, AM, or ISR).
  • Proven success running a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial context.
  • Experience with CRM systems and account-based workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to time management and priority setting.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Raleigh

Nice to have

  • Experience managing renewals or account expansion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance audiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with field sales teams.
