Location: Must be based in Shreveport, LA, USA (Hybrid opportunity available).

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and procedures.
• Participate in in-service training and community relations activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with PLPC, LMSW, or LAC credential OR Bachelor's degree with CAC certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shreveport, LA.
• Ability to make effective decisions regarding sensitive and confidential patient issues.
• Understanding of human behavior and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Commitment to federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
