What you will do

• Conduct intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Develop, implement, and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Assist in staff training and contribute to program development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Richmond, KY.
• Understanding of human behavior and substance abuse rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional judgment.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform effectively in stressful situations.
• Compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding licensure and certification.
