What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for substance abuse recovery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans and clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Active LADC, ADC, or ADC-T license in the state of Minnesota is mandatory.
• Ability to make effective decisions and exercise judgment regarding sensitive patient information.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse population needs.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all accrediting agency standards.
