What you will do

• Manage and direct return-to-work efforts for injured employees within an assigned territory.
• Perform field visits and travel to assess work environments and identify light-duty placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, adjusters, and employers to create and monitor transitional work plans.
• Conduct job analyses and labor market surveys to facilitate the return of injured workers to employment.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and productivity reports in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct personal visits with injured employees to determine their status, needs, and return-to-work goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial or occupational case management and/or vocational services.
• Must possess an active Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a good Motor Vehicle Report.
• Proven ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims-related business software.
• Current state certification and licensure where applicable.

Nice to have

• Background as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Professional credentials such as CDMS, CCM, or CRC.
• Advanced knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims and managed care organizations.
