Salary: $82,000 - $87,000 / year

What you will do
- Manage and direct return-to-work efforts for injured employees within an assigned territory.
- Perform field visits and travel to assess work environments and identify light-duty placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, adjusters, and employers to create and monitor transitional work plans.
- Conduct job analyses and labor market surveys to facilitate the return of injured workers to employment.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and productivity reports in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct personal visits with injured employees to determine their status, needs, and return-to-work goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial or occupational case management and/or vocational services.
- Must possess an active Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a good Motor Vehicle Report.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims-related business software.
- Current state certification and licensure where applicable.
Nice to have
- Background as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
- Professional credentials such as CDMS, CCM, or CRC.
- Advanced knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims and managed care organizations.
