What you will do

• Identify and make referrals for work-life, financial, legal, and basic needs support such as housing, food, and transportation.
• Link employees to local and national resources through one-on-one consultations.
• Collaborate with internal care teams to facilitate emergency funding and resource referrals.
• Guide members through mental health treatment options and available workplace benefits.
• Document and track metrics regarding referral reasons, demographics, and success rates.
• Promote community care services and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the social work industry working with diverse populations.
• Deep knowledge of connecting individuals to local and national community resources.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV for an onsite role (Zip codes 89119, 89014).
