What you will do

• Partner with internal business leaders to audit manual processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design, code, and deploy production-grade AI systems including LLM applications, agentic workflows, and custom chatbots.
• Build and lead a high-performance squad of AI engineers, setting standards for code craftsmanship and velocity.
• Translate complex operational bottlenecks into clear, actionable AI product features.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and rapid prototyping to seamless production deployment.
• Foster a culture of high-velocity shipping and technical excellence within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid or willing to work in a hybrid office environment.
• Deep hands-on experience shipping AI systems in production using frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python, APIs, microservices, and AWS.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into technical architecture and product features.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
