What you will do

• Design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for real-time learner feedback.
• Architect LLM-powered features using RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation pipelines.
• Lead multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Collaborate on the full ML lifecycle, from feature engineering to online inference and monitoring.
• Improve ML infrastructure and experiment orchestration tools like MLFlow and Airflow.
• Drive research into emerging AI technologies to shape the evolving product strategy.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in machine learning, applied AI, and software engineering.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable Python code for scalable microservices.
• Proven experience building agentic AI systems with LangChain or LangGraph in production.
• Deep practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector stores, and RAG architectures.
• Experience building data and training pipelines using SQL, Airflow, or AWS services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph-based data structures or databases like Neo4j.
• Background in EdTech, adaptive learning, or consumer personalization.
• Proven track record in NLP, A/B testing, and impact evaluation.
