Salary: $124,200 – $140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic and complex customer accounts.
• Develop and own technical success plans aligned to customer business goals, KPIs, and renewal objectives.
• Lead customer-facing technical reviews, executive briefings, and roadmap discussions.
• Oversee the resolution of major incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Conduct advanced platform reviews, health checks, and risk assessments to drive long-term improvements.
• Mentor engineers and consultants while shaping managed services delivery frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in technical account management, enterprise consulting, or solution strategy.
• Ability to operate confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, CISSP, or ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience with governance, platform optimization, architecture, and security best practices.
