What you will do

• Interface with executive sponsors to create platform roadmaps and shape enterprise demand for consumption.
• Establish regular cadences with clients to maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment with expected business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Guide and direct delivery team resources to ensure continual progress on client projects.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure team production and engagement profitability.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing ServiceNow platform deployments and support.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in direct or dotted-line organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and available integrations.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
