TL;DR

Product Manager (Web3): Defining and executing the product strategy for hirify.global Wallet with an accent on DeFi, onchain interactions, and user experience. Focus on abstracting complex blockchain functionality into intuitive financial products and driving cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and growth teams.

Location: Must be based in one of the following countries: UK, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or UAE.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Wallet.
  • Own the end-to-end wallet experience, including onboarding, asset management, and DeFi interactions.
  • Design seamless user experiences by simplifying complex on-chain functionality.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, growth, and security teams.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
  • Define and track key product metrics to drive continuous improvement and wallet adoption.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping consumer-facing products.
  • Prior experience in crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking is required.
  • Deep technical fluency with an understanding of Web3 and on-chain fundamentals.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, regulated environment.
  • Ability to hold a strategic view while managing granular product details.
  • Strong mission alignment with hirify.global’s crypto-first values.
