Web3 Product Manager

Location: Germany; fully remote for candidates able to work from Europe/EU time zones

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own product discovery, strategy, prioritization, planning, and delivery for user-facing Web3 products and features.
• Conduct research with people who regularly spend cryptocurrency and translate their workflows, pain points, and expectations into product decisions.
• Create product specifications, requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable roadmaps.
• Manage the backlog and coordinate end-to-end delivery with engineering and design.
• Evaluate blockchain networks, wallets, and protocols using product data and user behavior rather than market hype.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations while tracking adoption, conversion, retention, revenue, and feedback.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, e-commerce, consumer technology, or fintech.
• Experience building and shipping user-facing products with measurable adoption and business impact, including at least 3 years of end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong e-commerce or payments experience combined with 1–3 years of practical Web3 exposure.
• Practical knowledge of DeFi concepts such as vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
• Understanding of desktop and mobile wallet experiences, including onboarding, transaction flows, and user trust.
• Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, with strong stakeholder management, facilitation, written communication, product judgment, and UX sensibility.
