What you will do

• Own and lead product initiatives for trading and developer experiences.
• Explore and validate user needs with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify technical bottlenecks and feasible approaches for new features and products.
• Write concise product specifications covering scope, requirements, and expectations.
• Use data to develop product strategy, actionable insights, and decision-making inputs.
• Prioritize work, assess risks, make resourcing decisions, and evaluate trade-offs.

Requirements

• Strong learning ability, communication, and self-management skills.
• Ability to work with people from different countries in a fast-paced environment.
• English and Chinese communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
• Knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and DeFi.
