Product Manager (Web3)

Location: USA and global, hybrid; US time zone required, ideally based in Los Angeles or San Francisco

hirify.global is building a purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, enabling domain tokenization and DeFi applications for the domain-name asset class.

What you will do

• Develop product vision and strategic roadmaps for Web3 domain infrastructure.
• Conduct customer interviews, analyze feedback from Discord, support tickets, and community forums, and convert insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and operations teams.
• Build robust, scalable, and DeFi-ready domain registration infrastructure.
• Define product metrics, KPIs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Manage agile backlogs, product launches, go-to-market activities, and product documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional product management experience.
• Availability to work in the US time zone, ideally from Los Angeles or San Francisco.
• Experience launching digital products at smaller startups.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DNS, web infrastructure, technical communication, and fast-paced product environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with domain name systems and internet protocols.
• Experience with decentralized technology or Web3 domains.
• Background in the domain industry.
• Advanced degree.
