Product Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and initiatives across DeFi and trading products.
• Identify user and market needs and build trading and developer experiences with engineering, design, research, growth, marketing, and ecosystem teams.
• Define product specifications, requirements, success metrics, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate opportunities using data, user feedback, and market insights, and drive products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Analyze technical constraints, protocol considerations, risks, and trade-offs to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanics.
• Experience owning and shipping products end-to-end, from opportunity identification and strategy through launch and iteration.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, and technical trade-offs.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
