TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (3 office days / 2 WFH) with WFA (Work From Anywhere) options

What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Generate and develop the pipeline through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build sales strategies for emerging verticals.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage existing client relationships, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market insights to support product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of building pipelines in new markets.
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads without SDR or marketing support.
  • Ability to hold credible conversations with technical buyers, such as ML engineers and data science leads.
  • Experience operating in early-stage or zero-to-one environments.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English for global enterprise communication.
