What you will do

  • Manage the full ERP prospecting lifecycle, from qualifying inbound leads to driving proactive outbound campaigns.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies (phone, email, social, events) to engage decision-makers in manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
  • Identify and develop both net-new business opportunities and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Partner with Marketing to maximize pipeline impact from digital programs and events.
  • Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase) to prioritize and target high-fit accounts.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points, budget, and solution alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software business development.
  • Experience selling to North American customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and ABM/AI prospecting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
