What you will do
- Research and identify potential customers for the platform.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or events.
- Understand prospect needs and articulate the specific value provides.
- Meet and exceed both individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role.
- Hands-on experience with cold-calling.
- Background in B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a continuously evolving and quickly growing environment.
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and a coachable mindset.
