What you will do
- Identify Large Enterprise target customers (ICPs) in the DACH market and develop outbound strategies to open new accounts.
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and cold calls to reach decision-makers.
- Analyze complex corporate structures, map stakeholders, and identify buying center committees.
- Build visibility within the CX and enterprise ecosystem through social selling and trade fairs.
- Conduct discovery-based conversations to validate business needs and perform structured handovers to Account Executives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Large Enterprise SaaS/CX or BPO sales.
- Proven expertise in pure outbound acquisition and breaking into cold enterprise accounts.
- Ability to communicate persuasively with VP, Director, and C-level executives.
- Fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Munich, Germany.
