What you will do

  • Build and manage a lead development pipeline using both inbound and outbound motions.
  • Execute high-volume daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify sales leads based on defined criteria and research high-potential target accounts.
  • Leverage ICP insights to tailor messaging and increase engagement.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction logs in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent/Native French and English proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or lead qualification for the French market.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience with objection handling.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketo or Outreach.
  • Familiarity with Cognism or Lusha.
