What you will do

• Deliver home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Implement a parent coaching model to support infant-toddler development.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and child/parent groups as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Collaborate with community, medical, and social service providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA or be a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) and computer-based technology.

Nice to have

• Two years of pediatric experience.
• Bilingual or bicultural background.
