Salary: $69,326 – $88,004 annually (based on $33.33 - $42.31 hourly).

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic screenings and brief interventions for members seeking eating disorder support.
• Coordinate care plans and facilitate referrals within the hirify.global network.
• Provide crisis management and safety planning as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in internal systems and EHR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including provider operations and billing.
• Contribute to program development and team onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PDT or MDT.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience working with eating disorders.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for ED such as CBT-E or Family-Based Treatment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Experience working with adolescents.
