What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including sales, services, and data processing agreements with enterprise customers.
• Lead customer-facing legal negotiations in collaboration with Sales, Privacy, Finance, and Product teams.
• Develop and maintain templates, forms, and playbooks to improve collaboration and sales enablement.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on procurement contracts, supply and channel partnerships, and inbound license agreements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the applicable practice jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Significant experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience negotiating global commercial contracts, particularly for customers in Australia.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws relevant to SaaS.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and fintech contracting.
