What you will do

• Develop and execute the product strategy for user protection, including Org Verification, KYC processes, and Fraud Detection.
• Optimize user onboarding to capture essential verification data while ensuring a seamless activation flow.
• Build and ship internal tooling to enable support teams to efficiently identify and action bad actors.
• Configure monitors and alarms using vendors like Stripe Radar to proactively mitigate risk and scammers.
• Collaborate with SRE and Payments teams to improve WAF rules and refund/chargeback workflows.
• Manage platform integrity by overseeing policies for User Generated Content, Content Safety, and Terms of Service violations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically within Trust & Safety, Fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching identity verification (KYC/KYB), risk mitigation, or fraud detection features.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles for implementing product compliance.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how platform spam affects domain authority and search rankings.
• Must be based in the UK, France, Spain, or Portugal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure product impact and success.
