Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom and Europe

Salary: £85,000–£110,000

What you will do

  • Own key growth metrics across activation, monetization, pricing, and retention.
  • Lead a dedicated product squad to define priorities based on customer behavior and business goals.
  • Design and analyze high-velocity A/B testing programs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Optimize the customer journey from sign-up to long-term retention.
  • Develop onboarding experiences, pricing strategies, and paywalls to maximize revenue growth.
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to build hypotheses and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience driving growth, monetization, or retention metrics.
  • Experience with recurring revenue products, such as SaaS or subscription-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer behavior in e-commerce or business software.
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Proven track record in designing and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience with both web and mobile product funnels.
  • Background in e-commerce platforms or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools for efficiency.
