What you will do

• Build and evolve the payments domain including deposits, withdrawals, routing, and infrastructure across Web and Mobile.
• Drive integrations with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring partners, and Open Banking solutions.
• Optimize payment experiences to maximize customer conversion while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to align payment flows with business and regulatory goals.
• Own and analyze key metrics such as deposit conversion, approval rates, transaction success, and fraud rates.
• Ensure reliability of payment processes, including monitoring, reconciliation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card acquiring, SEPA, and payment orchestration.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments such as brokerage, fintech, or banking.
• Deep knowledge of compliance processes, including AML, KYC, and fraud prevention.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, MiFID, FCA, or CySEC.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on payment and customer metrics.
• Must be based in Cyprus or an EU country.
