What you will do

  • Run Meta campaigns end-to-end, including ad scripts, budget management, and performance iteration.
  • Own CRM operations in GoHighLevel, managing automation, lead scoring, and hygiene.
  • Develop and optimize marketing funnels, focusing on landing pages and email sequences.
  • Create and manage AI Agents to support content creation and distribution.
  • Coordinate external contractors, ensuring deliverables generate qualified leads.
  • Support business development with templates, briefing documents, and lead intelligence.

Requirements

  • AI-native approach: Proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar agents to multiply output.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing.
  • Strong mindset focused on conversion and funnel thinking.
  • English: Business-level fluency required.
  • Proven ability to work as a self-starter without needing detailed briefs.

Nice to have

  • German language skills for reviewing DACH-focused content.
