Salary: $103,710 – $149,340 + equity

What you will do
- Own the day-to-day management of the marketing website, updating content and ensuring brand quality via CMS.
- Lead the strategy and creation of high-converting landing pages for integrated B2B campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
- Execute a test-and-learn program to optimize funnel metrics such as CTR, form completions, and demo requests.
- Implement SEO, GEO, and AIO strategies to ensure brand discoverability across search engines and LLMs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to track digital KPIs, organic traffic, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement scalable page templates and modern digital journeys.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or lifecycle marketing (B2B healthcare/healthtech preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing marketing websites via CMS (e.g., WordPress) and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of conversion marketing, UX fundamentals, and content hierarchy.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
- Familiarity with technical SEO and AI-driven search (AIO) tools and concepts.
