Location: Remote within Germany, hybrid, or onsite in Berlin

Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 per year plus a 10% quarterly bonus

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Drive lead generation by designing and optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys.
  • Develop and refine marketing copy and creative assets across various digital and offline channels.
  • Research and implement targeted tests in niche media, trade publications, and industry portals.
  • Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies for performance marketing and creative production.
  • Analyze and report on conversions, lead quality, and SQLs in collaboration with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or startups.
  • Proven track record of managing broad marketing responsibilities and holistic growth strategies.
  • Deep expertise in paid search, keyword strategies, and funnel analysis.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and ad platforms.
  • Fluency in German (required for meetings).
  • Good knowledge of English.
