What you will do

• Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Design and optimize lead-generation strategies across the marketing funnel.
• Implement account-based marketing initiatives to support the sales team.
• Create and promote thought leadership content to drive engagement.
• Conduct testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Analyze campaign data to provide strategic recommendations and monitor conversions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response campaigns.
• Expertise in LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills to measure revenue attribution and campaign performance.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page conversion optimization.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
• Must be based in the United States.
