What you will do
- Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Design and optimize lead-generation strategies across the marketing funnel.
- Implement account-based marketing initiatives to support the sales team.
- Create and promote thought leadership content to drive engagement.
- Conduct testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data to provide strategic recommendations and monitor conversions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response campaigns.
- Expertise in LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills to measure revenue attribution and campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
- Must be based in the United States.
