What you will do
- Develop strategic account plans and identify key stakeholders across complex buying committees.
- Plan and execute events and ABM workshops targeting decision-makers at target accounts.
- Execute personalized, high-touch 1:1 ABM campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Drive account engagement and pipeline generation to accelerate deals in collaboration with Enterprise Sales.
- Coordinate marketing programs across different regions to ensure consistency and precision.
- Track KPIs and utilize analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, ABM, or strategic B2B marketing.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Enterprise Sales in revenue-focused environments.
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to lead complex marketing programs end-to-end independently.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of optimization, data science, AI/ML, or applied mathematics.
- Experience with 6sense, CRM, or Generative AI for marketing.
- International or multi-geo collaboration experience.
