What you will do

  • Develop strategic account plans and identify key stakeholders across complex buying committees.
  • Plan and execute events and ABM workshops targeting decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Execute personalized, high-touch 1:1 ABM campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Drive account engagement and pipeline generation to accelerate deals in collaboration with Enterprise Sales.
  • Coordinate marketing programs across different regions to ensure consistency and precision.
  • Track KPIs and utilize analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, ABM, or strategic B2B marketing.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with Enterprise Sales in revenue-focused environments.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to lead complex marketing programs end-to-end independently.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of optimization, data science, AI/ML, or applied mathematics.
  • Experience with 6sense, CRM, or Generative AI for marketing.
  • International or multi-geo collaboration experience.
