What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance of the paid media program, focusing on LinkedIn, paid search, and newsletters.
• Drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
• Translate platform and customer data into creative briefs for image, carousel, and video ads.
• Synthesize data across ad platforms and CRM to uncover performance drivers and sharpen messaging.
• Design and execute experiments in new channels such as Reddit and YouTube.
• Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights on the underlying drivers of success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid media for B2B SaaS, focusing on pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy and campaign architecture.
• Proven track record of improving paid performance over time.
• Experience with creative-led formats and collaborating with design teams to translate insights into concepts.
• Strong bias toward experimentation with new channels and ad formats.
• Ability to communicate complex performance data into actionable cross-functional recommendations.
