What you will do

  • Define and execute EMEA demand generation strategy to drive regional pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, email, webinars, events, and paid media.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives and target industries.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of EMEA events, trade shows, roadshows, and partner initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing and channel specialists.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or regional B2B marketing management roles.
  • Strong experience developing and executing multi-market EMEA demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience organizing offline events and tradeshows.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and data platforms.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
