Contract Recruiter (Recruiting Sourcing)

Location: Remote contractor role limited by location restrictions to eligible US locations; Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST.

Salary: $40 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Own and manage designated work streams within the recruiting function.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and determine work methods and procedures independently.
• Resolve complex sourcing issues that deviate from standard policies and practices.
• Prioritize and execute sourcing activities in support of organizational goals.
• Collaborate with recruiting stakeholders and cross-functional contacts to resolve shared problems.
• Guide less experienced team members and share sourcing knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in recruiting sourcing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience independently leading sourcing initiatives and prioritizing recruiting activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding recruitment-process interdependencies.
