What you will do

• Lead on-site planning, material management, and job site safety protocols.
• Oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Interpret project drawings and manage execution based on established installation standards.
• Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion.
• Act as the primary on-site representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to on-site personnel while documenting daily progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in industrial electrical construction.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
