Salary: $106,500 – $144,100

What you will do

• Develop specifications, designs, budgets, and timelines for complex event space engagements.
• Conceptualize system designs and determine technical requirements for electronic security solutions.
• Create project estimates, proposals, and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Develop comprehensive construction drawings (30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC).
• Research and recommend emerging technology options to clients to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and issue resolution for junior engineering personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical systems design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office 365.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for construction site visits.
• Required certifications or training within Milestone and Lenel.
• Deep understanding of the construction process, including project phases from Conceptualization to Commissioning.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications or training in Genetec, Avigilon, and S2.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills.
