TL;DR

Location: Remote / Field-Based in Europe (Territory: UK, Western Europe, and EMEA)

What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard new European carrier and service provider partners to expand regional presence and recurring revenue.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution for carrier and service provider accounts.
  • Develop territory business plans and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor European telecom market trends, regulatory developments (GDPR, BEREC), and competitor activities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proposals for the full product suite, including iPILOT, TELEPORT, and SYNTHESIS.
  • Coordinate with US-based sales leadership and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise or carrier sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a European or EMEA territory.
  • Deep knowledge of the European telecom carrier landscape, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
  • Experience selling UCaaS/CPaaS solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling, or Zoom Phone.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and SIP trunking architectures.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, or Nordic) is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OSS/BSS platforms and carrier-grade network integration.
  • Existing relationships with European telecom carriers, MNOs, or Microsoft channel partners.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and European data privacy regulations.
  • Experience working in a US-headquartered company with a remote European presence.
