TL;DR

National Sales Executive (Telecom): Driving revenue growth for the hirify.global Carrier Voice platform by selling carrier-grade voice, messaging, and CPaaS solutions to wholesale carriers and large enterprises with an accent on strategic relationship building and full sales cycle management. Focus on prospecting new opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and helping clients modernize their communications infrastructure.

Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling hirify.global Carrier Voice solutions to wholesale carriers, CLECs, IXCs, and large enterprises.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level executives, telecom decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and solution consultations.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity tracking within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in wholesale telecom, carrier sales, UCaaS, CPaaS, VoIP, or SIP.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving recurring revenue in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of carrier services, telecom infrastructure, cloud communications, and APIs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline and forecast management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, UC platforms, SIP trunking, or programmable communications.
