What you will do

• Lead market growth strategies across customer segments and strategic partnerships in Iberia.
• Identify and pursue organic and inorganic investment opportunities to expand network reach.
• Support sales teams in deal pursuit, from opportunity identification through contractual negotiation.
• Develop and manage programmatic revenue growth initiatives for new and existing assets.
• Evangelize infrastructure services and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent activity reporting via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within the network services sector.
• Solid understanding of the cloud, colocation, and data center ecosystem.
• Proven experience with fiber, transport, and Layer 3 services (Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Ethernet).
• Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate at the C-level and VP/Director level.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
