HR Business Partner (HRTech): Delivering strategic HR consulting and managed services for multiple client accounts with an accent on employee relations, compliance, and full employee lifecycle management. Location: Hybrid in New Orleans, LA (Must be able to be on site at client locations within the market)
Salary: $80,000–$106,000 plus incentive-based compensation

What you will do
- Act as a strategic HR consultant and primary contact for assigned client accounts, providing guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Lead the design and execution of performance reviews and manager training tailored to specific client cultures.
- Utilize HR technology platforms such as Lattice, Salary.com, Nectar, and Service Cloud to deliver data-informed service.
- Serve as the client-facing project manager for HR initiatives, coordinating with HR Generalists and Data Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strength in employee relations and compliance.
- Experience in consulting, outsourced HR, or managed services environments.
- Proficiency with HCM platforms, HRIS systems, and HR technology tools.
- Ability to be on site at client locations as needed within the New Orleans market.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.
