What you will do

• Lead the strategic planning process to develop rounded and actionable insights for clients.
• Mentor and inspire Directors and their teams to achieve strategic brilliance.
• Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts to drive initiatives.
• Evolve the Strategic Planning department to meet the evolving demands of the digital space.
• Integrate traditional marketing knowledge with a deep understanding of digital trends and client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with market trends and client goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Account Planning.
• Proven leadership experience managing large accounts or heading a department.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
• Deep appreciation and practical activation experience in the digital space.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising.
• Previous agency experience is a must.
