Salary: $143,000–$215,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and set the global strategic direction for current and future molecular diagnostic portfolios.
- Identify and assess emerging market opportunities and build business cases to prioritize new investments.
- Execute cross-functional market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) programs to identify unmet needs.
- Partner with R&D to define competitive applications and technical requirements for new products.
- Create long-term portfolio strategies and build financial models for global sales forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial performance to mitigate business threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Science, Business, or Marketing.
- 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology across marketing, sales, and strategic planning.
- 5+ years of experience in market analysis, VOC primary research, and developing corporate strategies.
- Proven track record of launching and managing products in clinical or research laboratory markets.
- Experience with global healthcare regulatory and reimbursement environments.
- Ability to travel 50% domestically and 10% internationally.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree or additional business training/certification.
- Knowledge of US and global infectious disease diagnostic markets.
- Experience with IVD development and commercialization processes.
