What you will do

  • Develop omni-channel engagement plans, including personas, journey maps, and activation briefs.
  • Create content and tactical strategies across website, display, social, CRM, and point-of-care channels.
  • Collaborate with brand planning, media, account, and creative teams to ensure touchpoint alignment.
  • Leverage customer data and performance insights to optimize engagement efforts and recommend new tactics.
  • Present strategic points of view and engagement results to executive leadership and clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • Deep expertise in patient and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) engagement strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools to inform decisions.
  • Strong storytelling and persuasive communication skills for client presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage complexity.
