What you will do
- Develop omni-channel engagement plans, including personas, journey maps, and activation briefs.
- Create content and tactical strategies across website, display, social, CRM, and point-of-care channels.
- Collaborate with brand planning, media, account, and creative teams to ensure touchpoint alignment.
- Leverage customer data and performance insights to optimize engagement efforts and recommend new tactics.
- Present strategic points of view and engagement results to executive leadership and clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 5+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Deep expertise in patient and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) engagement strategy.
- Demonstrated experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools to inform decisions.
- Strong storytelling and persuasive communication skills for client presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage complexity.
