What you will do
- Lead end-to-end engagement strategy for key accounts, owning the overall direction and quality of output.
- Translate brand strategy into omnichannel engagement plans, experience maps, and channel-specific content guidance.
- Develop brand ecosystems and experience strategies based on patient journeys and decision-making pathways.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Medical/Scientific, Media, and Analytics teams to integrate strategy.
- Optimize activations using platform, channel, and performance insights against success metrics.
- Manage, mentor, and develop senior and junior strategists.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 8+ years of experience in engagement, digital, or omnichannel strategy, preferably within healthcare or pharma.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex accounts and own deliverables from start to finish.
- Experience creating omnichannel plans, brand ecosystems, activation briefs, and content matrices.
- Ability to apply audience behavioral insights, segmentation, and personas to strategy.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead client discussions.
